Three regions, one sovereign pattern
Each Paddington region is an independent Miniscaler instance: its own cluster, its own data plane, the same canonical kilter stack. Your app is pinned to the region you choose — its data stays there.
The original instance — bare metal, with cloud provisioning as needed. Where paddington.io was born.
Hetzner Cloud — US data residency for US customers.
Hetzner Cloud — EU data residency, GDPR-friendly by design.
No cross-region replication of your data unless you ask for it. Apps move between regions — or off Paddington entirely, to another Miniscaler, an on-prem kilter install, or your own cluster via kilter package. Sovereignty is the topology.
